Terms of Service

These terms cover the Dekhlo TV app for iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, and Android TV (“the app”), published by Burhani Suppliers (“we”). By tapping Accept and continue in the app, or by using it, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

A player, not a provider

Dekhlo TV is a media player. It connects to a portal or playlist that you add, from a TV provider you choose, and plays what that provider sends. The app itself doesn’t sell, host, broadcast or include any channels, films, series or playlists, and we don’t control, check or endorse what a provider offers.

The only video built into the app is the showcase: open movies from Blender Studio, released under Creative Commons licences, and public test streams. Their credits are shown in the app.

Your responsibilities

• Only add portals, playlists and subtitle files you have the right to use, and only watch content you are licensed to watch where you live.
• Your provider is responsible for its service: its channels, its availability, its prices and its support. Questions about a subscription go to them.
• Don’t use the app to break the law, to get around a provider’s access controls, or to share or redistribute streams.
• Don’t copy, reverse engineer or resell the app, except where the law lets you regardless of these terms.

The app store’s terms

You get the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, and that store’s own terms apply as well. For the iPhone and iPad app, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies alongside these terms. Apple and Google aren’t responsible for the app or its support.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable, but we can’t promise it will play every portal, stream or file, or that it will always be available or free of errors. Whether a stream plays depends largely on your provider and your network.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app, or for anything a provider you connect to does or streams. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by agreement.

Ending use

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it, which also deletes everything it saved on your device. We may stop offering the app or change it.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, the app will ask you to accept the new version before you carry on. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
