Dekhlo TV is a media player for iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, and Android TV. It plays the portal or playlist your own TV provider gives you, and comes with no channels or films of its own.

Getting started

1. Open Dekhlo TV and accept the terms on the first screen.
2. Enter the Portal URL your provider gave you. Dekhlo works with Stalker (MAC) portals, Xtream Codes logins and M3U playlists.
3. For a MAC portal, the app shows your device address (MAC). Send it to your provider so they can switch your line on.
4. Once your provider has switched it on, your channels, films and series appear.

On Android TV you can also choose Add from your phone and send the portal address from your phone on the same Wi-Fi, instead of typing it with the remote.

Tap Explore the showcase on the setup screen. It opens a built-in collection of open movies from Blender Studio (Creative Commons) and public test streams, so you can try the guide, the player, subtitles and Picture in Picture without a provider.

Common questions

Do you sell channels or subscriptions?

No. Dekhlo TV is only a player. Channels, films and subscriptions come from your provider, who handles billing and what's included.

The app says it can't find my portal.

Check the Portal URL for typos, including http or https and any port number, and that you're online. If it still fails, ask your provider to confirm the address.

I added my portal but no channels appear.

Your provider may not have switched your line on yet. Check they have the MAC address shown in the app; the app lets you know when the line comes on.

A channel or film won't play.

Streams come from your provider, so a single channel that won't play is usually on their side. If nothing plays, try another network: some VPNs and iCloud Private Relay block streams.

Can I add subtitles?

Yes. Pick a subtitle track in the player, or add your own subtitle file. On Android you can also search OpenSubtitles from the player.

How do I remove my data?

Everything the app saves stays on your device. Deleting the app deletes all of it. See the privacy policy.
